Returns & Exchanges 🔄

Return Policy 🔙:
Our return policy lasts for 14 days ⏰. If 14 days have passed since you received your products, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To process a return, we require an order number or your last name.

Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective 🔧.
 

Damaged Product / Manufacturer Defect 🚨:
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping 📦 or a manufacturer’s defect 🏭, we offer a 100% refund 💵 or exchange 🔁. Please provide a photo as evidence via contact us 📧.
 

Not As Described 📋:
If the product doesn't match the description 🧐, we will offer a refund 💸 or exchange 🔄 for a different item. Simply reach out to contact us 📧.
 

Product Lost in Transit 🚚💨:
If your product doesn't arrive because it was clearly lost in transit, and tracking shows it wasn't delivered 🚫, we will either send a replacement 🚀 or issue a full refund 💰 (this applies after the estimated shipping time has passed). If tracking shows the item was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we will offer a free replacement 🔄. For a refund, we’ll need to file a claim with USPS 📨. If the claim is approved, you will receive a refund 💵. If USPS denies the claim, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.
 

Exchanges 🔄:
To exchange a product, ship it back to us 📦. Once we receive it (usually within 3-7 business days 📬), we will ship out the new item ASAP 🚀.
 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges ✅:
